Warranty Procedure. All products are warranted by Hamilton Technology Corp. to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the proper warranty period from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model) at our option, without charge for either parts or labor, after receiving the item at the location listed on this sheet. The purchaser shall bear all packaging, shipping, and insurance costs to and from the location. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Under no circumstances we offer credit or cash refunds for defective items that are not returned to HTC. Hamilton Technology Corp. is not responsible for damages and/or lost items endure during transportation. They are the responsibility of the carrier. THE WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT IF IT HAS BEEN MISUSED, ABUSED, ACCIDENT, MODIFICATION, NEGLIGENCE, MISSAPLICATION OR ALTERATION. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, BENDING OR DROPPING OF UNIT(S), BREAKAGE OF THE BULB'S EXTERNAL ENVELOPE, OR VISIBLE DISTURBANCE OF THE SELAED SCREWS OF THE POWER UNIT CASE ARE PRESUMED TO BE DEFECTS RESULTING FROM MISUSE OR ABUSE.

WARRANTY PERIODS: warranty on all items will be the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Please consult product literature or packaging for specifications. The warranty does not cover materials, travel time, labor, equipment, etc. to remove and/or re-install any Hamilton Technology Corp. product. This warranty is only applicable within the United States.

Warranty terms are as follows:

1 Year - Lighting Systems and ballast
1 Year Pro-rated - Metal Halide bulbs (from original purchase date)
1 Year- Timers
6 Months - Compact Flourecent bulbs
1 Month - T5 & T12  bulbs

Obtaining warranty service: In the event of product failure we encourage you to refer to the product manual and/or the online help section of our website. If the product is still not functioning properly after making use of these resources, please  contact a Hamilton Technology representative for technical assistance or to obtain an Return Authorization (RA) number. All defective merchandise must be returned to Hamilton Technology Corp for repair or replacement under the warranty period.

Out of warranty services: We offer repair services for all Hamilton Technology Copr. lighting systems even after warranly period has expired.  Contact a representative for pricing and return information. Replacement parts are also available upon request.

Return Authorization (RMA): If an item needs to be return, please email us at info@hamiltontechnology.com for a Return Authorization (RMA) number. A copy of the purchase Invoice must be included with all returns. All returned items must be packed in original shipping material. The Return Authorization number must be written in a visible location along with customer’s name, address and telephone number on each product returned for warranty service. All Return Authorization numbers expired after 30 days of issued and cannot be extended. We recommend insuring all returned items with the shipping carrier. All products returned without a valid RMA number and/or purchase receipt will be refused.

Limitations of Liability:  Hamilton Technology Corp. total liability  resulting from the sale of products shall not exceed the price paid by the retail dealer for such products. The warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of changeability and fitness for use and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of the seller. The liability of Seller arising from any contract, or from the manufacture, sole resale, delivery use or handling of any product, whether in contract, in tort (including negligence and strict liability) or otherwise shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product on which such liability is based, or the repair or replacement of the product. For any single claim, the limit of liability under this contract is the least of the cost of (1) authorized repairs, (2) replacement with a product or equal or greater value, (3) reimbursement for authorized repairs or replacement, or (4) the price that you paid for the product. (No cash refunds will be made). The total liability under this contract is the purchase price you paid for the product; in the event we replace the product or reimburse you for replacement of the product with another product of equal or greater value, we shall have satisfied all obligations owed under this contract.

In the event you will like to return a product for a refund, please note that Hamilton Technology Corp. only accept products in new, unused, complete units with original packaging and in resalable condition. New products return for refund to Hamilton Technology Corp. will be charged a 10% restocking fee.  Hamilton Technology Corp. is not responsible for any shipping and handling charges for any item been returned for a refund. If any item(s) is not received in the conditions already specified or if they encounter damage during shipping we will not be able to provide a refund. We highly recommend insuring your return package(s) to protect against shipping damage. All returns must have a valid RA number printed on the outside of the return box. All return merchandise must be less than 1 year old. The reimbursement for all returned merchandise will be applied as credit to the customer’s account. No cash refunds will be made.

Payment terms:  accepts all major credit cards Visa, Master Card & American Express. Other forms of payments accepted are PayPal, Cashier’s Check, Money Orders and Wire Transfers.

Tax: Orders shipping within California are subject to sales tax based on the county’s rate
